There is a big difference, because the consensus of the 'Ulema of all four schools is that weak Hadiths concerning good actions may be acted upon with the correct intention for the sake of Allah. They cannot be accepted for matters regarding halal/haraam and Aqeedah. Allah knows best. The Hadith regarding Surah Ya-Sin is weak not fabricated.
