Salam, jazakAllah brother. thanks for telling us all this, didnt know it before. may Allah help me, and all, see the light. ie faith with knowledge. amen.
Salaam. Brother Nouman, All I can say is Subhaan-Allah. You have touched very nicely on the Eloquence and Beauty of Thee Quran. A Book that Allah states that had He decided to bring it down and place it on the top of a mountain, the mountain would shake because it, the mountain would know where this Book had come from. Sadly, today as you highlighted the language of the Quran has been lost by the vast majority of so called Arabic speaking people. We make the mistake of taking verses in the Quran as litteral when in fact they are allegorical and vice versa… Surah Al-Imran 3:5-7 elucidates as to how to interpret and understand the Quran. But how many people reading the Quran ever remember this verse and use it as a “lock and Key” verse to unlock the beauty of the Quran. Alhamdullilah, you have a very nice grasp of this concept. May Allah swt bless and keep you safe, may He long continue to allow you to educate the world, not only the muslims. May HE, Allah also allow you the opportunity to remove false cultural beliefs and practices from our Deen, to help us to distinguish truth from falsehood.
Brother Nouman, You spoke of the 4 levels of Arabic, this in itself is an eye opener. The only peoples of today that still speak Quranic Arabic are the bedouins. They speak it in their daily lives. Dr Shabir Ahmed, Florida USA has written a beautiful english translitteration of the Quran. He spent time living amongst the bedouins and learning Quranic dialect. His translitteration is very nice and comes very close to an excellent English rendition. Please look into it.It can be found at http://www.ourbeacon.com
