Very diplomatic speech! BE ANGRY, BE ANGRY ……. and do what? What’s your solution Yasir Qadhi? You just signed a Treaty with Ahl-lul-Bidah a few days ago! Hardcore Sufis staying in America. That’s your solution to the problems of Muslims! Adding fuel to Fire!A teacher like you who teaches ‘Tawheed’ and then signs Treaty with Innovators in this Deen. You should give a talk explaining why did a qualified person of sound knowledge like you take such a drastic step? What is your proof from Qur’an and Sunnah?

It is funny how people who know so little criticize people who have studied for most of their lives. Stop criticizing. The Prophet assisted the Quraish before being a prophet standing up for justice that was being done to the poor. The Prophet was proud of that after being a prophet and he said if he was being called for that again, he would do the same. Allah says in the Quran “Help one another upon goodness and piety and do not help one another in sin and transgression” This is the rule. The discussion of deviation can be talked about on a different platform and does not negate what the stance is for.

Schloars enlighten the people of current issues. Militancy can not be the answer. 3000 got killed and as a result more tahn a million muslims lost lives. Our sisters from Iraq are prostirutes in Syria! That’s what we want? Sk. Qadhi is right, we are loosing our honor because of the action like Shehzad. What does it bring? Any good to the general Muslims? Whatever the solution may be, militancy can not be one. If we put one bullet, we will get Uranium from drone! Does not make sense!

    السلام عليكم
Again a brilliant, illuminating and energetic talk from brother Qadhi. What’s clear here is that many people who are radical in the deen are hurting Muslims overall. Quadhi never says military jihad is never an option (either historically or in the future) he simply tempers the model of Islamic history with current geopolitics. Brilliant talk. ما شاء الله this is exactly the sort of message we need to hear now.

    The Same Yasir Qadhi :

Subhanallah, I was thinking about the same lecture. Its incredible how peoples opinion and beliefs change with time. Oh well I ask Allah to guide us to the right path and give us knowledge that can benefit us.

  4. Ash says:

I will say this.. Yasir Qadhi used his knowledge and access to information dangerously to make a point that I find unconnected to each and every example he gave. I am not as knowledgeable as Yasir, far from it, but if one uses ones common sense, and does not get carried away by the descriptions and videos and the rhetoric, you can find a major flaw in his arguments. The most important point is he did not even give one solution.none at all.. He mentioned Juhaiman but did he bother to mention how this example is relevant to this debate. No one in their right mind would say what Juhaiman did was right… but hows that even relevant.. He gave example of a house on fire, and he being worried about the people in there. Did he say that why he is consulting with people who caused the fire at the first place??
