Abdullah Hakim Quick – Islam & Different Spheres of Life

About this lecture

In this powerful lecture, Sheikh Abdullah Hakim Quick examines the challenges facing Muslims across Africa, the UK, and the wider world, arguing that Islam offers life-giving solutions to every major crisis — from economic exploitation and the HIV/AIDS epidemic to family breakdown and political corruption. He calls on Muslims to engage in collective repentance, unite across tribal and sectarian lines, empower women and youth, and carry out active dawah, reminding his audience that Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.
