Who is paying for all of this? Oh that is right, the “Islamic” government of the UK. Perhaps these links may help explain why and for what purpose:

  2. MR says:

I’m not sure if you are aware of this, but most of the education you receive in high school is from money from the government. Maybe it’s about time governments started using Muslim tax dollars towards Muslim events. You have the right to be concerned though.

    God knows best.

  3. ibrahim says:

it’s not about islamic government in uk.
he is making some good points.
you don’t have to agree with everything he says, but let’s not knock him.
we should be like the welsh and scots and work things out patiently.
and i still don’t like the english 😀

  4. salman says:

Doesn’t this contradict the keynote speech that Hamza gave last year at ISNA where he advocated Muslims not to take any money from foreign governments (I was assuming he meant Saudi Arabia) while building masjids or for Islamic organizations as this creates “a cycle of dependency”.

Why is it wrong to do the former and not the same case as in this “Radical” Middle Way conference and program?

  5. MR says:

Because the Radical Middle way basically got free money to do a conference, which wasn’t that much money compared to millions of dollars giving from Saudi and other foreign entities with an agenda.

  6. aarij says:

^ So those who gave the “radical” middle way money had no agenda?

Subhan Allah, the Saudis have an agenda against Islam and the UK doesn’t!

  7. MR says:

Well I don’t know much about the UK, but in America, all the conferences are funded by Muslims, so no worries here.

  8. AH says:

    Relax sidi’s
